If you read the article carefully it's not difficult to figure out that the person being quoted is an old stick in the mud who'd probably be offended at a the drop of a hat.
Why should he claim an area of natural beauty over a group of other people who want to use it too? |

Most of the places we used to go have now been shut down and, for the most part, it was due to complaints about activities going on in the daytime and/or the amount of rubbish (used condoms, tissues, general detritus) left by doggers |
