Manchester-ish

My drawer of sexy smalls is turning into a tangled pile of lace and it's hard to find the matching bits for each set. Does anyone have any clever solutions. I was thinking mesh bags for each set could work...

Thanks J x

You can get little fabric boxes/draw tidies. I use them for my daughter's socks, vests and pants. Helps find everything! P

I have the same issue.

What about hanging up all your outfits on hangers?

Mesh bags would work for sets. For tights and stockings keep the little plastic bags they usually come in and store in them

You can buy drawer dividers. The problem I found with them is that while they make things neat and tidy they significantly reduce storage space.

I've got some of my stuff on hangers, like the fancy slips/under dresses/baby dolls etc.

Lots of stuff from Amazon comes in those handy zip lock bags, so I reuse them. Most of it is in under bed boxes, but organised into sets/bodies/hold ups etc.

In a town full of colours

I use sock hanging clips for my holdups and stockings, pair them up, then hang them on a rail at the back of the closet. No creases or snags then

Lots of good ideas here, thank you. I just ordered 50 large organza drawstring bags from amazon for under a tenner. My drawer of drawers is going to be so tidy!

Nearer than you think

One of the benefits of having big boobs is the storage capacity of each bra....

I put the knickers and suspender belt in the cup, tuck the straps in and fold the cups together. The lingerie 'parcels' stack well in a drawer, Marie Kondo style.

You're welcome.

Click the bra strap together through one on the sides of the matching knickers the fold the bra in half with the knickers between the cups. The sets can be then stacked together easily

I've got lots of those zip lock bags, I hadn't thought of using them like this. Excellent idea, thanks

IKEA is your Mecca for storage solutions.

Go for a storage box, come back with 10 boxes of Dime bars!

You can make them out of plywood in a cross latice arangement and you wouldnt loose much space.

As in plastic you need something like this

Plastic DIY Drawer Dividers

I've been meaning to sort mine out for a while. My big box I've put everything in is getting too small again! I've ordered loads of organza bags - thanks for the tip

I have just done this too and the drawer that was overflowing is now neat and tidy and can hold much more.

couple, us we him her.

In blue Peter styles.

Empty Pringle tubes cut them off at 4 inch length glue them together in rows and side by side until the entire drawer is covered and all you can see is circular tubes.

Then Push Indies into tubes according to colour.

Probably get 4 pairs per tube.
