Great to see that single male membership of Fab is so well supported and wanted.
Really ironic then, that there are so many social meetings (announced through Fab) that exclude single males. Plus, all the other anti single male rhetoric that's posted on the Fab Forums; for me, these things make it easy to believe that single males are tolerated because they come in handy for fulfilling certain fantasies that coues and single females have, such as MFM, MMF, gangbangs...
Lots of people saying this site needs single males, all I know is that Fab used to feel like my spiritual home, a place where I felt part of the Fab swinging community but now I feel invisible and marginalised. |

The Bristol Social is a women and couples event only which is quite frustrating. I'm sure they have their reasons for excluding males but it does make it that little bit harder to meet people in Bristol... |

Problem is whenever a single female joins even without any pictures within 2 hours they receive 100s of messages 90% of which are crass, vile and vulgar. It's no wonder they often don't stick around really.
Something needs to change to entice single woman to the site and make them feel safe and not entered a predators playground.
Oh and yes we like charming, respectful and single males who genuinely get and enjoy the swinging scene so what hate them been removed for the site.

I have heard this complaint too, I wonder if a block on receiving messages first for say 7 days, for all members, would help people settle in gradually. As it stands the “new” label is counterproductive although I should imagine it was created with good intentions (I.e. “this person/couple is new, be kind/patient/gentle”) |
