We constantly look at profiles if there’s a profile pic that either we can’t see properly or it intrigues us.
Sometimes we’ll realise that we’ve viewed that profile once we’ve seen more of their pics.
If we seen someone look at us constantly and we liked the look of them then we’ll message, however we don’t generally look at who’s messaged us
