... with men not getting any replies and women getting meet now messages it can sometimes feel a bit cold and impersonal.
So, this thread is for sharing some connectivity and feelings.
I'll start, I'm interested in people, what they care about, their passions...some of my passions are cats, helping others and coffee.
Current feelings are mixed

Great thread OP, hope you are feeling ok?
I love being outside, love a long roadtrip, tunes blaring and just me. Love the beach and mountains and watching the sun set. I love nature and all it has to offer, I truly don't think we spend enough time appreciating our beautiful planet
I appreciate good food, good company.
Family time is everything to me. My kids are my world
Today I feel 'meh' I have to remember to be kind to myself today

I think empathy always works well on a chat site. I treat it as just another way of meeting people. You wouldn’t just demand someone got their kit off if you met them in a pub so I think the same goes for this media. It’s far more fulfilling to develop a chat relationship leading to a meet….but even more frustrating when all that typing gets tossed next morning in a new chat!

Passions... Mostly the simple things in life that bring me a little joy. Going for a walk as the sunsets, feeding the squirrels and birds in the gardens, talking to all the dogs I see down the street, coffee and cake, my cats with they get a new toy, the first hug from someone when you haven't seen them in a while. |

Love meeting new people, though have been known to be shy.. love country walks and country pubs and winters beaches.

It is good to talk, although the internet is a clumsy medium. One of the things that I don't understand on here is that people won't meet just to chat face to face, when you've already connected online. It doesn't have to be about sex. |

I like this thread, OP. Nice idea.
I enjoy spending time seeing and chatting to people I like. Whether that’s friends or sexual/romantic interests it matters not. Long walks and brunches are my favourite way to do this but the forum has been a beacon of light for me lately.
I am single and work from home and my hobby is running, so I see precious few people.

Is this like the equivalent to the Miss World speech? But seriously I don't like discrimination and injustice of any kind, arrongance and sense of superiority. I strive to be level headed at all times and sensitive to other people's issues, love food and cooking and I am a big animal lover, especially dogs as are there for you when the chips are down |

I'm a musician and producer, passionate about nature and the outdoors.
I love animals (you'll never see me so happy as when I have a happy dog to play with).
I am also an avid climber, mostly indoors though.
