Why are members posting things like this on their profiles?:-
WARNING: Any institution or person using this site or any of its associated sites for study or projects - You do not have my permission to use any of my profile or pictures in any form or forum both current or future. If you have or do, it will be considered a serious violation of my privacy and will be subject to legal ramifications.
Don't they think it takes away the fun from this pastime(threatening legal action even before anything has happened!)If you don't trust people not to use your pics etc,dont place any in your ad!
I would love to sit in on a case where the threatned action was instigated especially if the press reported on it:-great way of staying discrete! |

PS programs to visbly watermark your pics with whatever you want are available and are quite cheap,better than threatening to sue is to make them impossible(well almost impossible!) to hijack! |
