Well Im actually doing really well on thsi diet and have been doing loads of walking but im in agony....can hardly move this morning ....moan moan moan
I know they say no pain no gain
Hope all you other dieters arent going through the same thing

I've been having real problems with my knee lately but my recent 'walk every day' plan seems to have sorted it out a bit! I don't ache as much as I thought I would (sorry!) but then again you're probably doing a lot more than me!

I shall, as I am determined to do more than a couple of miles on the bike on dirt tracks with the dog by the time the camping season is in full swing from Easter onwards.

If the agony you're in is not specific to one area but more of an all round ache and soreness then there's a good chance you are suffering from DOMS delayed onset muscle soreness which is a good thing. If you feel it's DOMS the best cure is more exercise. If you feel it's an injury then it's rest and the docs. Good luck.
