We're here. We're in. We're surrounded by a sea of boxes and wondering what the fuck is in them, because we filled a skip and went to the tip and gave stuff to charity and everything!
It's immensely accessible inside. Outside needs a ramp building so at the moment, I do need help in/out but hopefully we can sort that ASAP. It's accessible when not covered by a million boxes and I don't have to stay in a bedroom all by myself anymore

We've had stirling help all day from my best school pal, who flew straight in from a work trip in to Paris late last night, and my brother, who has just left. My friend is back tomorrow for more, which is so kind of her. |

I was on the phone to the council Adult Services (not THAT kind ) while the removals guys were still working. Hopefully they can come to quote ASAP and we just have to stump up the cash! |

Honestly, the move couldn't have been any easier. Both sets of estate agents (buying and selling) were great. The solicitors kept us up to date and were prompt with everything and the removals/packing firm (GM local one) were absolutely brilliant! Definitely worth a few quid more for their professional packing services.
Also, today is the 19th anniversary of us getting together. I think about now, in 2004, I was beckoning him over to join me in a single bed.......   |

It's definitely a leap into the unknown. New area, further from what bit of family and friends we have. A tad further from work. Much more expensive mortgage, although we can settle some debts with the proceeds so our sums say we shouldn't be too much different overall. But yes, lots that could still bite our arses...... |

She was kinda sad when she went to bed last night, but she was tired. She says she wants her old room back. However she's a bit more cheerful this morning after a sleep. It was late by the time her cousins left and she got to bed. She's a bit apprehensive about moving, but hopefully she'll adjust. She's staying in the same school (for now)... |
