Always amuses me how people, who have never interacted with me in any way whatsoever, will send friend invites on here. Do they really think their invite will be accepted?
Invariably they live 100s of miles away so it's not as if we are ever going to meet or anything and actually be friends.
Clearly the only benefit for them is that they want to perv at friend only pics. I guess there are some people who will accept all friend invites because it increases their visibility and thus they get more fabs on pics etc. I just find the whole thing a bit sad really.
I keep my friends list for those I have either met in the real world, or who I regularly chat to on the forums and via messages, people I actually consider friends.
I just don't get it. But hey, each to their own I suppose.

It's simple.
Have no 'friends only' photos and you'll cut the number of requests by around 1000%.
You can keep face pics in your private gallery to share as you wish.
If the only motivation is so they can be bonus pic content then having none offers no motivation to send a request.

I think some people just randomly press the button to everyone. I haven’t had friend pics for ages but I still get loads of requests. What’s the point?! |
