I'm single.
but am truly grateful for the love of my special friends.
So these are the relationships I'm focussing on celebrating this valentine's Day!
I'll be going to buy myself some roses once they are heavily reduced after today! Lol.

Lots of self love for me!
Just finished my personal fitness training session.
A bit of life admin.
Sauna and steam at the local leisure centre.
Vally meal deal, three courses with a side dish with alcohol which cost over 40 quid but I got for under 20 quid.
Streaming
bath, self-playtime with the waterproof toy and bed...fresh sheets.
continues tomorrow with a hair treatment, lymphatic massage, therapy session and the other half of the meal deal.
Yeah I grew tired of waiting for a life partner/family/friends to treat me right so now I treat myself right.
It works for me and I don't feel lonely at all like I did in my twenties and thirties.
I give myself all the love languages.
Words of affirmation: I have to give myself a daily pep talk to even get out of bed.
Quality time: I view this as a personal mental health check-in to see how I'm doing and anything I need to do to regulate my emotions.
Acts of service: just little things that make my life easier. Like if I go to the salon: Someone else washes my hair, does body hair removal and paints my nails and massages me.
Physical touch: that's where massages, my toys and my weighted blanket come in.
Gifts: My Vally meal deal, my overseas travel, my Brompton and my signature perfumes are gifts to myself.
No one in my life has ever done all of these things for me. I'm not saying they have to but I realize now that this works best to keep me balanced, centered, grounded, and most of all happy.
I'm a happy single person. I currently see no benefit in changing it. |

I'm not going out out. I went oustide to see my trainer on the local Heath and then I'll pop over to the local leisure centre for a sauna and steam. Then back home for my meal deal and a play with my vibrator.
