The science museum and/or the natural history museum? There's a kids thing at Westfield, I can't remember what it's called but they can basically pretend to do stuff adults do.
London zoo.
That's all I can think of off the top of my head for now.

I've heard the aquarium is really good, my friend took her daughter recently.
Natural history/science museum are always good.
Depends what she's into really!
Covent garden is nice to have a wonder round, watch the street performers, look in the shops.
