Decaff.

I did have a glass of red a week ago.

Didn't do Dry January or anything like that. Just genuinely don't drink much. Perhaps 1-2 units a month.

Basically only fancy a glass of something if the meal warrants it.

Think I had a beer at Xmas just gone.

But decaff is my preferred after 2pm drink.
