Is anyone else's scales lieing too ?
Surely the 2 week binge on crisps, chocolates, take outs, beers, wine and spirits, couldn't have taken that much of a toll.
Right need to put together an action plan consisting of increasing myheart rate through regular sweat inducing exercise. |

The good stuff contains a crap load of salt which makes you retain water and leads to big jumps on the scale.
You have to genuinely eat a crap load to put on real weight.
Oddly drinking more water and cutting down on the salty stuff will lead to an equally dramatic loss as you literally pee the gain away. |
