I take Tupperware.
Not for my leftovers, there aren’t usually any, I take things other people don’t eat.
Especially at funerals, there is always loads of sandwiches and cake and those little quiche things and sausage rolls.
When dinning out with friends, I always tell them not to put pepper on anything they think they may not eat, I don’t like pepper. |

Could be worth hanging road those pubs which are just down the road from the 'Crem', then. |

Please, credit me with some scruples, I wouldn’t scoff the food from a funeral that I hadn’t attended.
Besides the nearest crem is about 15 miles away. |

No… the only time I took anything home was when I bought my daughter a adult size pizza in pizza express and 2 minutes later she said she felt unwell.
A family member came over from Australia once and I took us out for lunch. She never ate all her food and I was mortified asking for it to be taken away. Really hated doing it.
If I don’t eat something when out, il offer it to who I’m with but I never take it home.
I don’t see anything wrong with leftovers being taken home by others though so I’m not sure why I feel so embarrassed when having to ask. Il put it down to my parents never taking leftovers so it’s just my normal. They also bin any takeaway that wasn’t eaten straight away as well and I do the same. |
