Nothing like a cup of tea in bed on the weekend. Followed by a big old fry up then an afternoon of rugby.

You're right, but I do need to take that first step at some point. I have stopped drinking and smoking recently which has helped my mental health no end but need to move my body now!

I am trying to wake up with my coffee - tea is for the afternoon delight

Breakfast will be brown toast with lashings of butter, buttered cold obviously and then delicious raspberry jam.

But today darling my body is a little broken as I have got the lurgy. I need a full body massage. Stat
