Just to spread a little kindness and warmhearted thoughts
Say you are in and send a nice message to someone else in the thread
Remember always respect filters
Be nice and share the love 
I send cwtches to you all yes all doesn’t mean I all of a sudden have changed from the filthy minx that likes to make your lunches interesting xx |

To anyone reading this who doubts theirselves, consumed by negative niggles or just struggling to get through the day remember there's always sunshine after the rain. You are enough, you always will be enough and a little self kindness is enough to make a change. Sometimes the brightest stars don't see their own shine but others do see you |

I found that poem hope he doesn’t mind it being shared.

I am enough
When you look in the mirror
The mirror of self doubt
The reflection of you looking at me
You have that feeling of not being enough
Flawed by society the media your peer
You feel not worthy not fitting their design
They tell you that you need this and that to shine
When that reflection looks back at you
Tell it you love it that’s it the best you
Self love we’re told is vanity and ego
Learn to love yourself as you love others
You’re worth it all and so much more
Love your self to the core
If you can not love yourself with no fear
Then how can you love those you hold dear
Forget the bullshit that you don’t fit
Ignore that blemish stray hair or zit
Society tells us how we should be
It’s bullishit and lies that feeds wet eyes
Wipe those tears and say to yourself
I am enough for me and for you
The you is your inner self l
Self love self care make them be
The number one thing top priority

I am in a cheeky bouncy mood this morning darling. And yes he’s all cool with it. It’s a gorgeous poem and everyone should really know they are indeed enough |
