If you are having a shitty day or you have had a shitty day when you are just bleurgh and fucked off, do you have someone who you know no matter what will have their ear for you, that person whos just there?
I have had what I call a bitch of a day and I feel blue.
I have spoken to my confidant and I feel a bit better, bath and an early night for me xx

Yep. Quite lucky really. Unfortunate for them but yes. Generally I'm there for others who are having shit days but it's nice knowing that if things are really bad I have a handful of people I can talk to openly. |

Not really. I don't like fake sympathy or burdening people with my woes, and if I told my long term buddy he'd suggest a blow job to make me feel better.
I used to chat to my mum when I was down; but not tell her.
She's gone now so I meet my sister for lunch, but I don't tell her I'm struggling.
I make sure my girls can tell me anything, but my boy rarely chats about how he feels.

I find it very hard to open up but I've come to a deal with my professionals and my close friends. I just have to say I'm struggling and they are there for me. Its really hard for me to say those words but I'm getting better |

"No, I don’t, I just bottle it up until it explodes in not always glamorous ways. "
You can message me anytime, you know. (Not promising it’ll stop you from exploding anyway though.)
"Sometimes I just toughen it out by myself and be sad! "
Y’know, I always think that sometimes just being sad is FINE. It’s a valid reaction to stuff. Trying to be okay all the damn time isn’t natural. |

Exactly, it's not healthy to show no emotion! |

I have one friend who says I save her a fortune in therapy. Same applies the other way. She's my go to. She has known me the longest out of everyone I speak to. She knows me best. She gets me, she's understands me, and she's never judgemental, yet she's probably the only person who can bollock me too. I may not always be able to speak to her straight away but generally I can. She's awesome. And she really makes giggle too. Her sarcasm and humour will get me out if any bad mood/funk.

Yes, my partner is always there and is so supportive. But if he's the one who has pissed me off I have nobody.
But luckily for me it's very rare that he will piss me off to the point I need to vent. |

I've had one of these days for a few days now, but I am very thankful for Mr. He just lets me get stuff off my chest, doesn't judge, doesn't criticise and has the patience of a saint. We aren't together this evening because of work etc, but he just listened to me on the phone and I felt so much better after. I never take him for granted

They truly are yes. That is a good description |
