Does anyone else have a mini panic attack when eating something that is/should generally easy chewable then you feel a small hard piece that should not be there, thinking you just broke a tooth?

And no, I don't mean a penis!

I managed to crack one of my back teeth eating a McDonalds Crunchie McFlurry!!

The pieces of chocolate were so rock hard it broke my tooth!
