Apologies if this isn’t allowed.
How do people get on ordering shoes in a larger size?
I am considering starting a website designated to TV/TS/TG and keep plenty of footwear choice in larger sizes.
Is this something you ever struggle to order? |

I long for the day when there are high street shops with cool shoes up to size 15.
I have size 8 feet and used to find it difficult to get shoes that fit, let alone looked nice!
If I can now easily get great shoes, I live in hope for the rest of y’all |

Finding anything above size 8 that look half decent is a problem specially when wide fit is required. As stated there are one or two places that do them but they tend to not look good.
Best i have bought so far is a pair of Mary Jane Sandals which was good for the summer.

I have been looking for ages for a decent pair of boots that are longer than the usual mens style but not up to the knee like some womens boots
No chance when you are a Size 12, I am seriously thinking about getting some wellies and spraying them black.

If you know where to look, there’s specialist sites and businesses that do stock footwear in larger sizes. Especially now with the drag scene taking off.
But it’s still a niche area I wouldn’t know how successful it could be. I have seen several businesses over the years fail that cater to our needs.
Good luck though as shoes (possibly wigs as well) are a difficult find for us. |
