The 'Does your car matter' thread got me thinking about cars.
Now I do enjoy the boop of a car horn and it is an important factor to consider when looking to purchase a car...
Percy Peugeot's boop booper has a very big 'BARRRP' when activated, like a 'get out towm' kind of boop
Colin the Corsa has a very polite 'boop' in a 'Excuse me, here I am'
Worst was a Rover who's booper made a 'meh' in a 'Can't be arsed' style
Best was a Fiat Brava, that thing had loud 'BRAAARP' about it
So, I wanna know what your car's boop booper sounds like. Are you proud of it, or does it lack the ooommpa?  |

I disconnected mine and fitted air horns and they made many a person jump out of the skin.
I would have loved to get my hands on the bull horns.
I also had a second pair for the alarm system worked really well and you could tell it was your car that got broken into.
proper train horns your not allowed them but id love to get my hands on a set.

The horn on my Renault is disappointing. It's rather like an elegant Frenchwoman nonchalantly waving her hand in a dismissive fashion. It's really not "fuck off, you knob", which is really when you want it to be! |

It’s illegal to sound your horn
It’s for warning people of your presence
Not as it’s most commonly used today as a “I’m here you twat! Why did you pull out on me!?” Or “get out of my way!” Or “ffs hurry up!”
All of which are incorrect uses of a vehicle horn |
