Thanks for the sensible advice ...unfortunately it came too late - just shoved a slice of lasangne in the oven |

Chuck it in the bin and put washing up liquid on it and go to bed.
I should've asked... do you work nights/ shifts? If your day is back to front then it doesn't matter what time you're eating. |

I do sometimes actually ...but I'm not always up all night but when I'm up late I get hungry and can't sleep |
