Speaking as a man who has been in the same situation, you need to talk to her. Find out why she feels this way, then between you try and work on making the situation better for you both.
The worst thing you can do in this situation is to go behind her back and cheat.

So his wife either lost her sex drive many years ago.
Or.....
He was cheating for years and then more recently she lost her sex drive.

Sounds like his wife sees him for who he is, he’s probably lucky she isn’t repulsed by him, I’d say she’s doing a better job of getting her needs met elsewhere too lol |
