Glasses or contacts?
Jump to: Newest in thread
Both. On a general basis when working or ambling about its glasses. Contacts when out sailing or at a black tie do. They are a pain to put in at times but I feel better wearing them as I was teased at school about glasses and I have an issue wearing them sometimes. Daft, really but there you go! |

I use both depending on my day - do a lot of screen time for work and sometimes the contacts just don’t cut it
Contacts for social life though
Made the change during covid because of glasses steaming up wearing face masks

The other members of my immediate family all wore thick lensed glasses and I had really good vision. For years as a teenager I was a bit jealous of them because I thought glasses made people look intellectual and sophisticated, so I resorted to wearing John Lennon style frames with false lenses in them.
It's only in the last 2 to 3 years that I finally needed a pair due to years of staring at computer screens.
I can now confirm that a good pair of glasses make people look intellectual and sophisticated! |

I’ve had to wear glasses since I was 5 years old. I did try contacts but couldn’t get on with them so gave up. I wouldn’t be me with out them and obviously it would be rather dangerous to not wear them |

I don't want to sexualise them but fuck it. Love discovering men have a pair of glasses that suit them; it's a very sexy look.
On me, I can't wear contacts but I do go without my glasses sometimes. I think I look better without them but don't hate how I look with them on. |

Contacts haven’t wore glasses in over 20 years and only then was for driving. Only issue I have with them is falling asleep on the cooch with them still in and waking up feeling like they are welded to your eyeballs but otherwise best thing I did missed so much not being able to see properly haha |
