So do you people enjoy a colonic have you tried one
I like the idea of it quite fancy trying it
Can i get one of the nozels off amazon to do it or does it need something special

I’ve had one …. The best thing you can do is just take your headphones and play your best playlist for an hour! You just lay on your side…. Yes the pipe can feel a bit uncomfortable going in, but once it is it’s fine…
The best way to describe it is that you go from feeling very bloated to being really relieved … you be surprised with how much ‘stuff’ can get clogged…
The thing for me is how much you feel you want to go to the toilet after….  |
