I'm great thank you...I have started playing table tennis again and looking forward to going tomorrow night...."thank you so much xx ive been ok for about a fortnight now..still keeping on with all my ways of managing it..dont think that will ever stop now..disabled but functional table tennis? thats great..i started karaoke again like a year ago..its helped so much to have a community and be able to have some fun and be 'normal' for a while each week..i hope your hobby brings you as much joy as mine does x | |||

I spent many years at the service of others in my career, I changed career and focus to me and my goals.
So my advice, that I always try to live by now, is even if you can’t see your goal ahead, look for your next step and take that.
It’s allowed for me to move through my career goals a little simpler, or at least find stepping stones to get where I want to be. "all that and my identity were stopped abruptly and ripped away, i grieved for it even here i couldnt come to without breaking down emotionally for years....as i emerge, i try to live as much in the present as i can, no expectations of what might be..who knows what the future holds?..i never thought id be able to be back here..so..i know nothing x | |||

I spent many years at the service of others in my career, I changed career and focus to me and my goals.
So my advice, that I always try to live by now, is even if you can’t see your goal ahead, look for your next step and take that.
It’s allowed for me to move through my career goals a little simpler, or at least find stepping stones to get where I want to be. all that and my identity were stopped abruptly and ripped away, i grieved for it even here i couldnt come to without breaking down emotionally for years....as i emerge, i try to live as much in the present as i can, no expectations of what might be..who knows what the future holds?..i never thought id be able to be back here..so..i know nothing x"I can understand that. I can understand that, I’ve had a similar experience a number of years ago regarding chronic illness.

"glad you didnt listen to the authorities either, if i had id be hooked on opiods and antidepressants. didnt feel right and while i was bed bound in agony and with brainfog..i followed my own way, listened to as much as i could and started by my diet and within 24 hours my hands started to unclaw (i couldnt type for a year)none of these paths are a quick fix, and they are all a listen to yourself and your body and a self love journey..probably lets be honest something we wouldnt have done for ourselves unless forced to do so..too busy like you, for years, looking after other people as some distraction.. big hugs. i have to sleep now but thank you for sharing with me..i have found it touching, heartening and i appreciate you. so much love and a big squish xx | |||
