Seriously though I have noticed something here.
SO many women in their 40s, going up to mid 50s, still have the figures of 20 something year olds.
Women - what's your secret?! If you're slim, do you work out, just eat healthily...what's the answer?!
And did you ever envision looking like that in your 40s when you were younger? Do you feel blessed or still have insecurities?

- I'm very active, walking, hiit, yoga. Up until my 40's I was a yoyo dieter. Curvy, chubby, ample, fat, I've been them all! Few years ago I had a eureka moment, felt reborn and everything fell into place, been slim & maintaining ever since. For me it's stick to 2000 cals and exercise exercise exercise |

My body needs work, I know this.
Now I find myself single for the past 16months I've started going to the gym to try and better myself
I am what I am, I don't do this to satisfy men, I go to the gym to feel better about myself |

I'm 36 shortly. Part of me says I should start looking after myself so I can look hot later in life. But then I go back to neglecting even the basic needs so I can't see me getting motivated to take care of myself properly any time soon.
It's fine. I'll just get more tentacles. |

I’m 45 and fat lol in my younger days had so much willpower, ate healthy and exercised. But I must admit I have more confidence now than I ever did, I just blame the weight gain on having kids even if that was 10 years ago |

I'm slimmer than I was in my 20's and a whole load fitter and stronger than I was in my 20's which is what most important.
I would if course like to be slimmer than I am now, but it's a constant battle, main thing is I'm happy and healthy.
