Anyone else get a massive comedown when Monday rolls round and normal life reoccurs?

Had an amazing three days of socials and meets and now feel massively deflated

Used to when I spent every weekend fully dressed at another tgirls house. Used to call it the alternative reality. Monday mornings sucked and not in a good way

Ah the drop is a real thing isn't it?

Do you know what I've started doing? Planning for and accommodating it. So I accept I'm going to be low energy and feeling meh, make sure I've got some healthyish food in that I love. Have a playlist that releases gentle endorphins, hot showers, fresh bedding.

I hope it passes quickly for you OP. Having things to look forward to definitely does help x

I often feel down the day after a good meet, sometimes it's harder to get though the drop then others.

I never knew that this was a real thing till I started this lifestyle before it was con blues lol
