Could be any number of things! I sometimes get lost in thought and find myself 'staring' at people I don't even 'see'. Also, I love to people watch! No malice on my part  |

I don't think so. This particular person was slowly driving past and he almost dislocated neck from trying to have a good stare.  |

I quite like intense eye contact and many other people do , even with a stranger it can be interesting, if they’re looking back, I know the difference between interesting / flirty and wired/uncomfortable |
