Haven't been out NY eve for years, recuperating from hip replacement 2 weeks ago otherwise I'd be on the Nile like I was this time last year  Gonna nip to the offie for a bottle of vino collapso though and might just order a chinkie for my supper |

Don't think I'm going out either
Had a nasty head thingy - not manful as had the jab this year - and still got a cough
Couldn't drink much anyway as on call for work tomorrow
Will raise a glass of orange and wish a Happy New Year to everyone else not going out

I'm perfectly well and going out for a hot party...unfortunately my lovely date is unwell for it grrr..but still wishing yas all the best...will be thinking of yas lol  |

Nothing better then staying in a lovely warm house a nice meal and a few drinks and waking the kids up just before 12 to watch the fireworks from the window

My missus has sciatica and our lodger is starting a bout of cluster headaches so we are stopping in listening to Radio 1.

I (female) have suffered with chest infection for 2 weeks just coming out the other end but we have not made plans, i wanted to go to a club or have a meet but getting ready seems too much effort so im thinking chinese & TV.
Sparing a hangover so i can go shopping tomorrow. Xx |

Loaded with the cold so definitely no rabble-rousing for me! 
Think I'll be bringing in the New Year with my own concoction:
Lemsip + additional honey + a dash of whisky, with a couple of Paracetemol on the side!

A Secret Hideaway In the caravan of love |
Not going out
Was at A&E all yesterday afternoon,with Carol after she past out,in the bathroom at the caravan.
She had past out behind the door, and i couldn't get in to her till she came round a bit, there was blood all over her face were she had hit the unit.
She is back at the caravan now but, we don't know if she has broken her nose or not, till we go back to the Hospital. |

Not ill and not going out, can't be arsed with New Year's Eve any more.
Too many pubs charging too much to get in, too crowded at the bar, too long to wait to get served.
Does bah humbug extend to New Year's Eve? lol
I'm waiting for Jool's Hootenany to come on BBC2 - I know it's recorded but it gives the spirit of New Year! Got another glass of malt whisky on the go............ HAPPY NEW YEAR to one and all!!! |
