Dinner/tea?

I had a busy day and ended up cooking really late. Now I'm feeling full and it's bedtime soon.

It's not great going to bed on a full stomach!

Is there a time that you won't eat after?

I'm wishing I'd just had a sandwich now.

For me I think 7ish is a good time not to eat after.

I normally eat around 5-5.30.

Unless I’m going out for a meal with family or friends then il eat anytime.

But at home I wouldn’t eat tea after 7. It’s too late for me and I’d just considered it a skipped meal instead.

Carlisle usually

Um. Usually just after someone asks me if I've eaten today and I'm done being told off again.

I sometimes follow the 16 hour plan. So you can't eat for 16 hours and then you can eat that you want for the other 8.

It has worked wonders for a girlfriend if mine. She has lost a few pounds and looks great.

My eating is done around training. Usually out of the gym and home by 8pm for my evening meal with about 1500 calories to get in before bed,8pm 10pm and 11:30 pm last 3 meals

Used you be about 8:30pm after going to the gym after work and then coming home to shower. Since the start of this year though, I've been going gym before work and eating around 7pm which has been a nice change

They do say it’s not so good to go to bed on a full stomach.

In the summer and autumn I often don’t finish work until the early hours of the morning but always cook dinner before before going to bed, I’ve kinda got used too it.

About the latest I would eat a full dinner would be 4 am, after that I just have coffee and a bowl of cereal.

Working nights I'd imagine plays havoc with eating routines.

To me the latter sounds a better routine but then you have to be up and ready for the gym.

I've done it a few times but couldn't maintain it

To answer properly.. around 7pm for me is good. Earlier would have been healthier but I'm a natural late eater/active late etc so that's a good compromise.

Wow that's late to eat but you know what your body needs. You can tell you are in good shape.

Haha, that’s not working nights, I start at 7 am, so what ever time I finish I’m ready for a cooked dinner.

Worst case scenario, I get finished and it’s time to have breakfast and start again.

We aim for 6-6.30 ASAP family. If I'm going out for dinner it may be a bit later but I'm uncomfortable if I eat after 8.

My friends would laugh their socks of at the thought of me being organised.

It’s like anything in life, you soon adapt and get into routines.

I work long hours, often 100 + a week but I couldn’t imagine how people cope with working a 40hr week and bring up kids.

Bloody hell...that is a hell of a lot of hours!

You are right. Working a full time job and bringing up kids can be tough....I remember those days.

If it’s after 7 it’s a supper.

I couldn’t eat a full meal after that time, unless it was a date and I’d skipped tea knowing I’ll eat later. I’d be awake all night with energy.
