Prime examples for me, Fleetwood Mac Rumours or Meatloaf Bat out of hell, Bon Jovi Slippery when wet.

Second Coming is a great album,but I think The Stone Roses is just that but better.

Just listening to Second Coming now, it's got some great tunes but it doesn't really touch Stone Roses |

I bought Goodbye Yellow Brick Road feeling homesick in University, and it just "got" me at the right time.
Epic, genre spanning album by arguably the best lyrics/music songwriting combo ever. |
