Reports that there are more electrical car chargers in Westminster which prides itself on being a posh part of London than the whole of Liverpool and Manchester combined. Why is this? What is actually going on here guys. Tom visited a place called Preston once and it was remarkable that all of the locals stopped and pointed at aircraft. Amazing place.
