"Watching CSI in front of fire with dog snoring on lap and a glass of wine, well, bottle"
I'm relaxing and watching TV while spending too much time on the forums
So are you a red or white person?

Have you ever just listened to the silence around and felt bliss? I am doing that now. It won't last long but it is so rejuvenating actually! In the world full of noises, stimulating sounds and excitement, just being aware of that moment where you switch off without a special effort. Happens.. and you notice yourself "within it".
Enjoy whatever you are up to.

Sat by the fire and listened to some music for a while. Attempted (& generally failed) to find my lost mojo by taking some photos. Now in bed with the electric blanket to keep me warm and a snoring dog for company

Enjoying some rum and also the fact a lot of us aren’t doing much for a Saturday night but that doesn’t make us boring just selective on the nights out and fun we have. Finding a few women just on this thread hot but won’t name names but thanks for making my chilled but rather d*unken evening |

"I'm staring at a beautiful NHS blue curtain and listening to the unnecessary crashing and banging of trollies and other equipment in the corridor "
Hopitals are unbelievably noisy.. Have you got some soft earplugs?
Do you know how long you'll be kept in for? |

Until we work out why I need to be here. Which so far, we haven't yet achieved. Things are happening at a glacial pace. |

Oh and no, no ear plugs. The soft ones just fall out of my ears because the openings are very narrow. It's when staff stand right at the door to the room you're in, at 04:00, having a loud conversation from one end of the corridor to the other |

"That will look after you, nhs are great. Spent many hours in hospital this year and last with my kids"
I don't want to complain about the NHS. However, there are some individuals who don't paint their profession in the best light and when someone is really struggling at their lowest ebb, how you respond will really resonate. |
