"Do subscribed users get a better service from the site, in terms of sorting issues? Over two months ago, our profile was changed by admin from a couples profile to a single male, removing all the female pictures from our profile etc. We have sent numerous messages to admin, but not once have we received a message in response other than 2 generic messages. Fab have rendered our profile useless and if we had subscribed would we just have to accept losing anything we had paid? " It makes no difference whether your a site supporter or not. If you break rules or admin feel you have they'll make changes. They can see all - messages, veris, the profiles that left them ,the ISP's used etc. I doubt very much they'd act without good cause. A" Well in our case they did act without good cause and also stated that they could reverse this in the generic message but haven't. They would also be able to see the 5 verifications we have meeting as a couple. | |||

A" OP is in fact demonstrating a complete disregard for the rules with this thread, as criticising / questioning action or decisions taken by site admin / owners is very clearly stated in forum rules as being forbidden. Perhaps drawing attention to why such decisions may have been taken against them in the first place. | |||

A OP is in fact demonstrating a complete disregard for the rules with this thread, as criticising / questioning action or decisions taken by site admin / owners is very clearly stated in forum rules as being forbidden. " The bio is a result of and after months of trying to resolve this privately with admin, they have ignored our polite messages which ignorant and rude. | |||

If you're actually a couple, why not just set up another profile? Oh, and the other sites aren't as good as this one." Exactly this, why not just set up a new couples account? We took a break just before Covid, followed by nursing an ill parent who died last year, in this period the profile was hidden. Within weeks of our return, Fab changed our profile. Finding another site seems to be our only option now. | |||
