You need to be able to talk about something really inconsequential and a bit rubbish for flaming hours while either wearing it ir waggling it about in front of a camera. If you're really good at it you might get some free stuff which you then have to keep talking about. Also you need lips like two rubber rings covered in lip gloss.  |

The inability to do anything vaguely worthy- along with the belief that you're somehow so special that the world needs to hear you and shower you with free stuff...cos you can promote it to your 500 followers and therefore become a company worth a gazillion pounds overnight- muppets!  |

I know someone who is a climate change ‘influencer’. Older than me. Gave up his ‘normal’ job to do it full time and now earns a hell of a lot more money, doing what he absolutely loves. |
