That's a difficult one. I love most vegetables except Savoy cabbage, swede, broad beans and turnips. I think I'll go for carrots

Savoy cabbage....shred and fry with bacon and onions then wrap into a cabbage leaf to make a parcel...yummy

French beans or cauliflower.

But NEVER cauliflower cheese .

I'm an old fashioned gal who loves her veg simply served. I don't want them mashed, smashed, puréed, creamed or dipped in batter & fried.

I actually really like kale. Kale crisps with roasted butternut squash and curried roast chicken.. or one of my favourite soups- Caldo Verde.

Before someone says it's a lettuce- you are wrong

It doesn't matter how savoy is cooked it gives me a horrible stomach ache. I avoid it for that reason
