How much porn is too much porn?
Jump to: Newest in thread
So this is something that has been on my mind a fair bit lately.
I love watching porn not necessarily always to masturbate to either (weirdo alert). Now I've usually seen some form of porn daily be it in video form or photos. So it made me think is this too much porn? I'd like to say I do know when not to look at it and it certainly doesn't dominate my daily life I just like looking at it.
Is this normal or should I seek out porn-a-holics anonymous? |

I think the general rule of thumb for addiction is whether it's affecting your life in a negative way. Does it get in the way of work? Plans with friends and family? Is there a financial hit your taking as a result? Does it consume most of your thoughts throughout the day? If the answer to any of these questions is no, then great. Go nuts |

Speaking from experience, what can definitely be more damaging is being exposed to porn from an early age.
It can distort your view on love and sex, detrimentally affecting relationships.
Now a massive problem with teenagers, especially boys and how they see and treat girls.
When older, if the amount of porn you watch or read is affecting your daily life, then that is a problem.
A lot of people may laugh or scoff but porn addiction is a real problem. |

It can absolutely be damaging if it affects your daily life.
I've gone through some stints of not watching porn and I've felt so much better during those periods. |

"Are you concerned about it?"
No not concerned just a thought on my mind.
There was a point where I thought I might have an addiction but it's not like I cannot cope if I don't see any and couldn't careless if I didn't have access to any porn |
