Not for everyone I know
But a contrast shower wakes you and gives you a better boost than your shot of joe in the morning.
There are proven health benefits to the cold water.
Measured the cold water this morning it’s just above 7c
No better way to start your day.
Anyone interested in the benefits of cold water give me a shout there are a couple of detailed posts on my blog.
Have a great tits or torso out Tuesday |

I too love the water contrast.
I start with cold straight from the tap gradually get it really boiling and then use it to make the coffee.
It’s also great for the immune system based upon dodgy “science”. |

"I gave up caffeine a few years ago. I'm not going to advocate cold showers (not a chance!) but caffeine is nasty and I so prefer a life without it!
Blocked.

Why don’t I pour that cold water into a kettle? Boil and filter through some freshly ground coffee beans? Add some oat milk. This sounds lovely, but taking a 7c shower sounds like torture |

When I fist started running someone told me to take ice baths after to aid in recovery. I tried it… I didn’t realise it was possible to have an inny penis until then. |
