Hi.
It's really rather early isn't it?
Good news though, it's one sleep closer to the weekend.
I'm in that happy stage. The sort where I'll probably burst in to some cheesy musical number.
I think sometimes we don't give ourselves permission to be happy. It doesn't have to be a Big Thing that's caused it. It could be you've messaged someone who makes you smile. Smiled at a random person. Had that *perfect* hot beverage. Your happiness is in your own hands.
You deserve to find some happiness today. I hope you do.

Good morning!
Had quite a late one at work today, luckily I’m off so I will probably spend the majority of the day sleeping, which will be my happiness completed! |

Good morning Meli and everyone
I have been awake since 2:30am, a stressful work day ahead. I will though shake my tail feathers, do an aerobic step class and put on the face paint and try and smile through the day. As you say one more day closer to the weekend!

Hey Misty!
Epiphanies are wonderful things aren't they? Sometimes it takes that second of realisation for things to click in to place and then it's an upwards trajectory from there. I had one last night and I'm not sure if it was a combination of things but I've woken up more confident and at peace with myself than I have been for a few weeks.
It's lovely to read you're giving yourself permission to be happy. I hope that continues x |
