my lad stepped in to protect his fiance the other day, only to have his head kicked in by 3 mindless morons...
1 punch would have been acceptable(not realy) but to carry on after he was down was mindlesss and sickening...
1 broken nose
1 fractured eye socket, which needs repairing
and loss of nerves down one side of his face...

The days of a good old fashioned fight are long gone. The thugs nowadays don't know when to stop.
I'm really glad that we don't go out drinking because this kind of thuggery happens all to often nowadays.

The problem is that the judicial system does not deal with these morons properly either.
It's time they were 'dealt with' in a way that they would never ever forget as long as they live |

I know this might sound harsh but it could have been a lot worse. At least it was only fists and kicks and thankfully no knives. Which seems to be the cowards way this day and age

How sad that people can do this to another human being. It doesn't surprise me as I had a friend who got beaten up for just walking from work.
My best wishes are sent to your son and you and the rest of the family. Be strong and try to remember there are plenty of good folks out there. |

It has always been the nature to give someone a good pasting whenever they had the chance .... No-one plays fair in a fight, unless it's an organised bout of some sort ...

They may well do but I would much rather have them locked up out of harms way. Maybe we could send them to another country and book them in in cheaper prisons maybe in China or Russia for say £100 a week.  |

Come to think of it the Greeks are hard up. What about turning Corfu into a huge penal colony and sip Albanians in from across the waters to be low cost prison guards. A bit of rock breaking and the rest thrown in for good measure and they may be able to do it for well under £3000 a year per head. |

This happened to a mate of mine. He stepped in to help a woman whose boyfriend punched her in the street and before he knew it he was getting a pasting of 4 other blokes. He ended up in hospital and when the police caught the culprits all they got was a slap on the wrist. My mate now has a 4 inch scar above his eye. |

My son was threatened by Pikeys , I chased them up the road and threatened to blow their feckin heads off.
The next day I sat in the front garden and cleaned both my twelve bores, no trouble since.

like a previous mailer said the law does not punish people enough , i knew a guy yrs ago , who told me his mate got in a fight on the isle of man yrs ago probly the late, 60, early 70s , his mate got birched , and that after that he never stepped on wrong side of the law , i know most people done agree with corprals punishment but i for one hink it would help. |

i once stepped in to stop a guy giving his gf a pasting, he reared up at me so i pushed him away and he hit his head against a wall causing a cut to his head, the police wanted to do me for assualt, luckily the gf talked them out of it,sod all happened to him in the end and a few days later i saw them walking hand in hand as if nothing had happened ?????  |
