You are welcome for the ear worm!
So changes. Obviously different circumstances have different consequences and varied impacts based upon a change, but how open, welcoming, and adaptable to them are you in general?
Do you like change, do you try to create change, or try to stop it? Are you able to adjust to change?
Do small changes irritate you?
Are you only focused on the big stuff? |

Proper ear worm
I embrace change and never sweat the small stuff.
I always found Who Moved my Cheese the best book to help with seeing why change can be a good thing.
How do you feel about change OP? |

I completely forgot to state my stance on it!
I'm a huge overthinker, brain never stops processing situations. So I'm not a fan of change as a whole since it just floods my mind with new potential situations and scenarios. It can be exhausting at times.
With that said I understand change and its pros and cons. My overthinking helps me adapt to change in a way, as I view things from outside and from all angles giving a better handle on what the change involves. Unfortunately that adaption does not always come quickly. |

You just have to take it at your own pace. There’s no wrong or right answers in life. Just how you want to deal with it. But if you’re and over thinker that little book I mentioned might help. Only takes about an hour to read.
And great topic OP. I think there’s a lot of people on here in the same boat |

Even good changes? Sometimes the good changes can be the hardest to deal with. |

I hate change. I’m a creature of habit so like things to stay the same. I have a routine that I stick to and even slight changes to that mess with my head.

Change is a funny one....
So there's a little saying apt to change...
We're so comfortable in the past as we know the ending...
So change brings an air of doubt, nit knowing what will be, how will it turn out, will it turn out as expected, worse better...all of which then generates the feelings, that then label change good or bad. However, change is just change it just is....neither good nor bad, my past experiences will cause a un conscious bias to the situation causing me to fear change or to embrace change. |

I need change every now and then or I become part of the furniture.
I do feel a little alien for a while, but I get used to it.
I think most things need the cobwebs blown off them every so often. |

I like a little chaos in my life. If things feel stale then I have a habit of leaping into big changes just to keep life interesting.
I think there's a huge difference in my reaction to change I feel invested in versus change which is thrust upon me. |

We both struggle with changes and we’ve had so many in the last couple of years.
It’s been hard times but luckily we have each other and we do tend to bounce… when one’s struggling the other takes positives. |
