Should a man let their meet know if they'll be using a viagra for the meet?

It's only fair to give heads up if you plan to destroy their vagina, right?

Viagra just cause your penis to become erect for longer. It's not going to grow teeth...is this your first time using it?

But a bad idea to let them know, just in case you have an adverse reaction.

I spoke to lady on here once who told me she met a guy who was in her words ‘a machine’. She said he was hard all the time and they shagged their way through 3 boxes of condoms for almost 12hours (yes 3 boxes)

I explained that it’s not physically or humanly possible for a guy of his age to do it without some chemical assistance for that long. She became very upset and offended about me even considering this. She thought that a bloke in his late 40’s could sustain an erection for 12hrs easily. We both agreed to disagree.

I think the bloke should’ve told her that he’d popped a few pills by the sound of it.

Might view it as less of an insult than a floppy dick tho?

Age and various illnesses can make getting hard difficult, or impossible. Viagra "CAN" help. Sadly doesn't always.

An understanding and helpful sex partner is much more important.

There's a lot of misconceptions about Viagra. It's just increasing blood flow.

If you're not turned on, your blood doesn't go to your penis, so even if he has taken something it's not an affront to your sexuality as a woman.

I've no problem with a guy using viagra if he needs it.

We met a guy who took it despite not needing it. I would have found it considerate of him to have asked if I wanted repeat sex because I could have told him I don't and he could have cancelled or not taken the tablet.

With me it might be an age thing. I'd much rather a flirty drink or meal followed by an erotic encounter. That's not to say that lengthy, repeat sessions don't have their place, they're just not for me

That's not strictly true, when I'm sitting down on the loo, for a number two, getting a semi there and then is a sign that the tablet's working, as those local muscles are busy.

I'd think a blue pill just gives you a cock on, it doesn't give you stamina. So you might be ready but not able as you're all seized up, cramped and huffed out. That, and a they might have an early start so could kick you out as soon as you've popped.

If the person taking it doesn't have an erectile disfunction problem, they're using it for recreational drug purposes, so I'd like to know, yes, because I wouldn't want to meet anyone that uses recreational drugs.

As an earlier poster mentioned, viagra WILL NOT make you hard if you are not otherwise "turned on". It just allows some of us physical expression of that arousal that otherwise might have been impossible.

The anal stimuli must be getting your cogs turning. One of the police psyche test questions was do you get turned on having a poo.

The thing about Viagra is this: it needs an hour to kick in so we will only take it if we need it.

Great for a meet and play, but wasted on a pure social.

That's good to hear, but some of us blokes want to climax and can only do that with an erection.

We sometimes need chemical help with erections: just as much as you need lube from a bottle, when you are dry down there, from the hot tub, or menstrual cycle.

Imagine if I typed, "I'd rather an honest dry vagina over a bottle lubricated vagina" I'd get trolled for that.

That's fine. But I have my preferences and I can like what I like.

One of my partners requires certain chemicals to function as a human. I usually avoid that in any sense, but he's important enough to me for that part not to matter. It's not a hard and fast rule, but it is a preference.

The question posed was regarding taking the blue pills on the sly in order to 'destroy' a vagina. I can't think of anything less appealing.

Yes, for two reasons. ADs can cause impotence, even years afterwards. This removes the "is it him or me?" cycling thinking of self-doubt for her afterwards.

There is far too much stigma floating around, talking kills shame.

I can't think of anything less appealing."

What, any chemicals? I require chemicals (aka medically prescribed drugs) to function every single day, as do millions of people.

There seem to be a few strange ideas knocking around this thread.

Viagra helps with erection problems - it doesn’t make you into an uncontrollable machine, and it certainly doesn’t override respect (or even plain decency) and make you “destroy” anything. I know it’s a turn of phrase and probably nothing is meant by it, but it’s still not nice and it clouds what could have been a good discussion about ED.

I acknowledged that it was a turn of phrase, albeit an unpleasant one. Not sure how I ever took it out of context? We’re both talking about sex, right?

And using that word implies that he's confident and experienced and in need of viagra.

That is one way of seeing it.

However, he might be a little nervous fucking someone he's not met before and doesn't want to let them down.

So it can be seen as a compliment.

I prefer to know. As I said, one of my partners requires them himself. I have too many recovering addicts in my life to be comfortable with anyone being under the influence of any chemicals in my space without complete openness and honesty, and even then it can fuck with my head badly.

I'm aware how much this cuts down my pool of potential suitors, and that it's unfair, and that it obviously doesn't stand up to the force of an amazing person like the partner mentioned above.

Should I put a disclaimer on my profile that I require hormones to manage an autoimmune disorder?

I also do better with dihydrogen monoxide in large quantities. Objectively a chemical.

"As an earlier poster mentioned, viagra WILL NOT make you hard if you are not otherwise "turned on". It just allows some of us physical expression of that arousal that otherwise might have been impossible.

I'd rather an honest floppy over chemical induced hard."

in a meet its about two people not just one though .. I take some viagra/cialis as I am on oestrogen for years so it affects my testosterone aka erections. .. I want to have fun in meets not push around a floppy cock all the time ... I can do that on my own at home easy enough so wouldn't want to waste my time meeting if I cant enjoy myself fully either ...

It's not like blue pills give people instant erections and rampaging hard ons 24/7. .. the only way to guarantee that is to inject caverject or trimix about 15min and then you are rock hard for 2-4 hours regardless of anything ..

I don’t see any burning need to mention it, although in my experience my sexual partners *have* told me because we had that kind of connection, and I didn’t think any differently of them because of it. In fact, I liked that they felt comfortable enough to say.

Destroy their vagina....that's a bad start to begin with.

In answer to your question I'd say no...you don't have to say.

Although....if you have a y concerns like getting hard then you can always talk about them.

Leaving aside the vaginal destruction, I've had one partner who took viagra regularly.

He told me about it not because he was some sort of walking priapism but because it gave some side effects he wanted me to be aware of.

I didn't view it as any sort of judgement on my attractiveness and we had a fantastic sex life for the years we were together.

If it was my first time with someone and they announced it then maybe I'd be dubious (why do I need to know? What is their expectation of the night? Are they looking to destroy my vagina?) but thankfully I've not been in that situation to have to deal with it.

Yes I think it’s right that a meet should be told of viagra is going to be used.

Taking viagra gives the impression (along with the words ‘destroy your vagina’ that you intend it be a lengthy rough session, which the other participant may not want or like. Always be honest beforehand about what you’re looking for to ensure compatibility.

Surely it is equally fair to advise a meet that without viagra the possibility of penetration might not be guaranteed?
