Me - “Good morning”

Them - “Hey, you look tired this morning”

Me -…….. “……… “

Fair enough, I might and I’d not looked in the mirror yet to know if I could defend myself. But damn, he hit me hard without even trying!

What kidisms do you ever remember that have stayed with you? Kidisms is this a real word? It’s early.

I met a friend & her kids at the weekend. As I walked towards them, the 8 year old looked up, saw me, asked his Mum "what's she doing here?".

It wasn't the warmest of welcomes, it was funny!

Younger child, in the last couple of weeks, said to me "you're quite slim for a 51 year old"

Apparently when I was six I told my mum she looked like a sausage in a new dress, she has never forgiven me...

A few years ago whilst I was working in a shop..

A child asked his Mum, why was a iceberg lettuce called an iceberg lettuce..

Perplexed she said ask the "nice lady"

Can't remember my reply but probably winged it, however did find out the answer on Google later
