Hey fab world. Brucey here again, dry those tears now!
So, let's talk meets shall we? When do you do them and have you ever cancelled on friends/family plans for meet reasons.
IF SO - what kind of excuses have you used before? Pretended to be ill when really you've been to the fun branch of poundland?!

Iv cancelled on Xmas works dinner and drinks for a meet..
Told them I wasn't feeling the best at the end of work and that I might turn up.. I didn't!
Family I don't cancel on for any reason. |

Never cancel on friends/family for a meet they come first
In my younger stupid days use to use my own house as I got older realise how stupid that was hotels only for me now |

Never cancelled on anyone friends and family come 1st over any meet.
We don't give excuses either basically when we get childcare or someone asks where we are going, we're going on a date night, no more needs saying.

I wouldn’t cancel existing plans to meet anyone from here. Even less so if it were family/friends.
If I were to (hypothetically) do that, I wouldn’t offer excuses. I’d apologise and leave it at that. |
