your grocery and household goods shopping. For example, do you have a favourite supermarket or go to different ones for different stuff. And with prices going up, which one do you think is more value for money? Are you doing your shopping personally or online for home delivery or click and collect? And do you always have a shopping list or buy what you see?. I probably don't plan my shopping as well as I should and end up spending far more than I would if I planned better. If you are not bored after reading all that, will be interested in your answers |

Depends what I need, usually Aldi/Lidl and Asda.
Don't always have a list sometimes just wing it, but most of the time I do as I'm terrible at forgetting what I actually need and getting other stuff

Aldi, Asda, occasionally Tesco.
Never Sainsbury's or Morrisons because there isn't one close enough.
Not Lidl because it looks like it was laid out by Stevie Wonder.
And certainly not Waitrose or M&S because we haven't won the lottery.

That's my problem too, always come back with things I never intended to buy, forgetting those I did |

Sainsbury’s for me, got a nectar card linked to a esso fuel discount card (thanks to blue light) and my eBay and dominoes. I also do the nectar canvass surveys. I haven’t paid for my actual food shop for 6 months now, because I build the nectar points up constantly. |

Depends which supermarket is close by when I need something or more importantly when my cat changes his mind about the current food in the cupboard and goes round the house pretending he's starved and neglected |

Aldi is mainly for meat, fridge stuff and snacks.
Morrisons is mainly for fresh fruit and veg, cleaning products, toiletries, tinned stuff etc.
I have a 2 week meal plan so I buy exactly what amount of meat I need and have a strict shopping list. If it's not on it then it doesn't get brought.

That's good discipline and I need some and there is no innuendo in that |

Only a monthly basis I only rarely buy a bit of fresh fruit and veg and 1 -2 milk.
There’s only 2 of us and we’re barely home only in the uk 50% . We keep a huge stock of spices, flour, tinned tomatoes , tomatoe purée, oils, pasta, rice , cereals and frozen meat and frozen bread which we buy using friends discounts or Asda / Morrisons.
Don’t really eat anything from tins and packets either cook from scratch or eat out |

Not all that North of North London |
"Half our meals contain via Hello fresh, rest is primarily Morrisons as it is the most local
Not sure how economical that is but lots of people seem to use or similar 'meal' delivery services. "
We waste almost non of it. So from that point it"s a win. We have three good healthy meals a week and then the rest are far cheaper and more convenient pasta type dishes.
Is it an indulgence? Probably, but we make sacrifices elsewhere |
