It does work really well (if I’m correct in thinking it’s the old 20 rep squat routine)
Although Science has since shown us that any set taken to failure has 5 “effective reps” regardless of the reps (up to a max of 30) yet sets of 5-8 create far less fatigue and are easier to recover from so if I were to do it today I’d just change the reps to 8 or so but still good 20 reps are fucking brutal on squat once the weight gets hard |

I haven’t done it but have researched it (a long time ago). It’s a solid programme but you’d get better results doing stronglifts 5x5 or something similar. |

Whole milk is great but seems to have fallen out of favour in bodybuilding programs/diets
Drink about 3-4 pints a day of it |
