Dan John knows his stuff. You will get fed up of the volume of milk and everyone else will get fed up of the smell. But as a program it works.

Work out your numbers, do the programme, eat well.

It does work really well (if I’m correct in thinking it’s the old 20 rep squat routine)

Although Science has since shown us that any set taken to failure has 5 “effective reps” regardless of the reps (up to a max of 30) yet sets of 5-8 create far less fatigue and are easier to recover from so if I were to do it today I’d just change the reps to 8 or so but still good 20 reps are fucking brutal on squat once the weight gets hard

I haven’t done it but have researched it (a long time ago). It’s a solid programme but you’d get better results doing stronglifts 5x5 or something similar.

Whole milk is great but seems to have fallen out of favour in bodybuilding programs/diets

Drink about 3-4 pints a day of it
