It's pretty much back to doing what I had been doing for a couple of decades, only really took the paid position as I realised I was massively exposed to one company, having been inside the tent I realise they have no concept on how to deal with qualified technical staff  |

. I too maybe agreeing my last working day soon.As of today I can take early retirement and my work pension subject to me been happy with the amount.I don’t know what to do with myself but I know I don’t want to be setting the alarm for 6.15 every morning. |
