Gateway to the Beacons

Well I’m on the plane waiting for takeoff. I really needed this break for both my physical and mental health.

Physically I been Ill since the start of December

Mentally I’ve had highs and very low lows for the last few months. I’ve struggled with my mental health for quite a while. The sun and going in the sea this week has boosted both a lot, though not actually cold water the sea being around 18c it still makes you feel alive.

I think winter sun is the way forward for me and I will definitely be looking for next winters break.

Yes I’m aware it’s snowing back home I’ve had at least 7 photos of the white stuff lol

Next stop Cardiff then the drive home.

Winter sun is definitely restorative. I'm desperate to go back to Tenerife, it's depressing as fuck here. Safe travels home.

I went to Mauritius in November once and it raised my spirits no end. Until I come home and got dumped

However subsequently I have started to go to the Emirates over winter and agree the Vit D does me wonders. So much so I realise the winter gloom does affect me and do what I can to avert it. Including going outside on sunny days and forcing myself to undertake an activity like today.

I can’t wait to retire and go home and live in the sun although I’m not wishing my life away that much.

.

Vitamin D can be truly wonderful and uplifting.

I could do with a good dose of Vitamin D.

I'm probably going to get some very soon, got to look after my body and mind.

Regularly swallowing D really helps with that.
