Hi everyone,
How are you all doing?
For some reason recently I keep waking up between 2 and 4 every night? I can get back off but recently I can't?
Maybe it's my housemate coughing in her sleep? (She is a smoker and she believes it has nothing to do with it...)
Maybe it's the stresses of buying my first house? |

I'm so out of touch with forum life, seems a lifetime ago when I used to do the Nocturnal threads.
Hopefully sleep finds it's way to us all soon |

Sounds like you need a reset to your sleeps. I try to stay awake a whole day then listen to something soothing that night. Adagio for strings normally does it for me. Hope it helps lovely xx |

Morning busty.
Is it me or does it feel kind of cosy being up and chatting here in the forums?
Almost like it's just us small group of people having a natter and a laugh. |
