Go out, shut the front door and take a walk together. You can talk about the stresses or not but sometimes just being out of the house and putting that physical distance in place helps put a psychological distance too. |

Ive just learnt I have to let certain things go. Deep breaths and bugger off out for a walk or something and that usually clears my head and lets a solution appear or just the realisation that a thing needs accepting as is. |

It depends on you as a person.
Mindfulness, meditation and CBT were a complete waste of time for me and just added to my stress levels as apparently they are supposed to be the go to solution for everything and I spent more time trying to work out so why they weren't helping me?
My stress and anxiety levels changed completely the day I decided to stop thinking or talking about things and actually get out and do something instead.
Walking, kayaking, cycling or anything that involves the outdoors works for me regardless of the weather. |

Journaling, meditation, qi gong, walking in nature (particularly woods). Grounding will help, and ensure you’re taking a probiotic (gut health = brain health) |
